Service may be rescheduled or canceled due to inclement weather — storms, lightning, ice, or any unsafe conditions. If we can't safely complete your service, we'll reschedule it or refund that visit.
Yes. Please make sure your trash cans are empty on your power wash day — we can't wash cans that still have trash or bags inside. Power washing is done on weekends, mid-month or at the start of the month.
We post our away dates right in the booking form, and those dates can't be selected. Everything you can book is a date we'll actually be there.
